Launchy
Launchy is a free and open-source application launcher for Windows, Mac OS X, FreeBSD, and GNU/Linux. It indexes shortcuts in the start menu,
and files in specific folders to allow quicker access to programs
without opening the start menu itself, or browsing to the relevant
folder

Smart Set Up:
Steps to follow:
------> Run the Launchy.exe
------> Press Right-click on it and choose Options
------> Select Catalog Tab on Menu
------> Press "+" to add the drive to it
------> Re-Scan Catalog and close it
------> Then press hot Key of Launchy(Usually you can found it on General tab in Options Menu)
